General website content is informational. Bespoke work begins under an accepted proposal or agreement. Any online checkout must show the exact service, total, currency, delivery basis, and order-specific cancellation terms before you pay. Atheer does not currently offer recurring subscriptions.
1. Operator and scope
This website is operated by Atheer Consultancy (“Atheer”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a consultancy licensed by the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development.
These Terms govern access to and use of atheergroup.org and apply to a product or service purchased through the website when online purchasing is available. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled.
By using the website, you agree to follow these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or complete an online purchase.
2. Eligibility and authority
You must be at least 18 and have legal capacity to make an online purchase. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to submit information, request services, accept the relevant terms, and arrange payment on its behalf.
You must provide accurate and current information. We may decline or cancel a request where information is materially incomplete or inaccurate, capacity is unavailable, a transaction appears unauthorized or unlawful, or accepting it would breach a legal or professional obligation.
3. Services and separate agreements
The website describes our strategic and media consulting, professional training, and Tech & AI services. Submitting a form is an invitation to discuss a need; it does not by itself create a booking, client relationship, exclusivity obligation, or duty for Atheer to accept the work.
Bespoke consulting, tailored training, application development, and other customized work begin only after the parties accept a proposal, statement of work, order, or other written agreement. That engagement document may define scope, timing, fees, changes, intellectual-property rights, confidentiality, acceptance, cancellation, and liability.
If an engagement document or order-specific checkout term conflicts with these website Terms, the more specific accepted term controls for that service. These website Terms continue to govern general use of the site.
4. Descriptions, prices, currency, and orders
Before an online payment, the relevant page or checkout will show the service description, what is included, delivery or commencement basis, total price, explicit currency code, applicable VAT or other disclosed charges, and any material eligibility, availability, or cancellation condition. The amount and currency on the receipt will correspond to checkout.
Unless a checkout expressly states otherwise, do not assume a displayed price includes taxes, bank conversion charges, or issuer fees. Your bank may apply its own exchange rate or fee where your payment method uses a different currency; Atheer does not control those charges.
Any promotion, discount, or trial is subject to the conditions displayed with that offer. Atheer does not currently offer recurring subscriptions. No recurring payment may be taken unless a future offer clearly states the frequency, amount or calculation, cancellation method, and you expressly agree before the first charge.
5. Online payment
Online payments will be processed by Stripe and, where applicable, its affiliates, acquiring banks, payment networks, and payment partners such as Network International, LLC for UAE Visa and Mastercard transactions. Available payment methods are those shown at checkout.
You authorize the charge displayed at checkout and confirm that you are entitled to use the selected payment method. Atheer remains the provider responsible for the purchased service, customer support, delivery, cancellation, and refunds; Stripe and its partners process the transaction.
Payment credentials must be entered only in the official checkout. Atheer does not store full card numbers or card security codes when the planned Stripe-hosted or Stripe Elements integration is used. Please retain the transaction confirmation and these Terms. The checkout or receipt will identify the statement descriptor customers should recognize.
Do not submit payment-card details through a contact or training form.
6. Order confirmation and delivery
A successful payment confirms that the transaction was received; an order or booking is accepted when Atheer sends written confirmation. If we cannot accept an order because of capacity, a material description or pricing error, suspected fraud, a legal restriction, or another legitimate reason, we will notify you and reverse or refund the amount paid.
The confirmation will be sent to the email address supplied and will state or link to the relevant delivery details. Depending on the purchase:
- scheduled training is delivered on the confirmed date, in the confirmed format and location or online channel;
- digital access information is sent to the supplied email or made available through the stated method; and
- consulting and customized services are delivered against the milestones or timetable in the accepted proposal or statement of work.
We do not sell or ship physical goods unless a specific offer expressly says otherwise. You are responsible for correct contact details, timely attendance, and any clearly stated technical, language, eligibility, or preparation requirements.
7. Cancellations, service issues, and refunds
An order-specific cancellation schedule shown before payment or contained in an accepted proposal applies to that purchase. If no more specific rule was disclosed, the following baseline applies:
- A full refund is available for a duplicate or incorrect charge; if Atheer cancels or cannot provide the purchased service and no acceptable alternative is agreed; or where applicable law requires it.
- If a service is materially not provided as described, we will first offer an appropriate correction, re-performance, replacement, or alternative. If that does not reasonably resolve the issue, a full or proportionate refund will be considered according to the part affected and mandatory rights.
- You may request cancellation before delivery or performance begins. A full refund is available where we have not started work, provided access, reserved a date or specialist, or incurred a non-recoverable cost for the order.
- After work or delivery begins, any refund may be reduced by the fair value already delivered and reasonable, non-recoverable order costs. No refund is ordinarily due after full delivery or after digital content has been accessed, except for a duplicate charge, material defect, incorrect supply, or a right required by law.
- For scheduled training, we may offer a participant substitution or transfer to another available date. Any deadline or fee will be disclosed with that specific program before payment.
Submit a request through the contact form with the payer’s name, payment email, order or receipt reference, and reason. Never include card details. We will review the request, explain the outcome, and send any approved refund to the original payment method without unreasonable delay.
After a card refund is initiated through Stripe, it commonly appears on the customer’s statement in approximately 5–10 business days, depending on the issuing bank. Atheer cannot control the bank’s posting time.
Your mandatory rights remain intact. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a refund, correction, re-performance, replacement, or other remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable UAE law.
8. Information you provide and confidentiality
You confirm that material submitted through the website is lawful, accurate to the best of your knowledge, and shared with proper authority. You remain responsible for third-party rights in anything you provide.
A general enquiry form is not a secure channel for state secrets, highly sensitive personal data, credentials, source code, or another person’s confidential information. Sending a form does not by itself create a professional confidentiality obligation. Any formal confidentiality commitment for a proposed or active engagement must be recorded in an accepted written agreement or NDA.
9. Intellectual property
The website and its branding, designs, text, course descriptions, reports, graphics, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Atheer and protected by applicable intellectual-property law.
You may view the site, share links, and use brief attributed quotations for lawful, non-commercial purposes. Without written permission, you may not reproduce a substantial part, republish or sell content, remove rights notices, imitate our branding, systematically scrape the site, create a competing database, or use the materials to train a commercial model.
Ownership and permitted use of paid deliverables, recordings, course materials, code, data, and client materials are governed by the relevant engagement document or order terms.
10. Acceptable use
You must not use the website to break the law or another person’s rights; impersonate a person or organization; submit malicious code or false payment information; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with operation or security; harvest personal data; bypass access or payment controls; or use automation that creates an unreasonable load.
We may restrict access, reject a submission, or preserve and disclose relevant information where reasonably necessary to investigate misuse, protect users or systems, or comply with law.
11. Public content and professional disclaimer
Atheer Insights and other public website content are general information. They are not tailored legal, financial, investment, medical, cyber-security, or other regulated advice and do not replace professional advice based on your circumstances. Website use alone does not create an advisory or client relationship, and no particular outcome is guaranteed.
Technology and AI outputs can contain errors, omissions, or outdated material. Unless an engagement expressly says otherwise, they require appropriate human review, testing, and judgment before operational, public, legal, or high-impact use. You remain responsible for decisions made from general website content.
12. Third-party services and links
Links to LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Stripe, Google, or another external service are provided for convenience. Third parties control their own availability, security, content, terms, and privacy practices. A link does not mean Atheer endorses or is partnered with that party unless we expressly say so.
13. Website availability, warranties, and liability
We take reasonable care in operating the website but do not promise that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. We may correct, suspend, or withdraw a feature for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atheer is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from access to, inability to access, or reliance on general public website content. Responsibility for a paid engagement is governed by the accepted engagement document and mandatory law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded, including responsibility for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any mandatory consumer remedy.
14. Changes to the website and these Terms
We may update website content and these Terms prospectively to reflect changes in our services, providers, or legal obligations. The current version and date will remain on this page. Terms applicable to a completed purchase will not be changed retrospectively unless required by law or agreed with the customer.
If part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply to the extent legally possible. A delay in exercising a right is not a waiver of that right.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. Subject to any mandatory consumer forum or right, the courts of Abu Dhabi have jurisdiction over disputes connected with the website or these Terms.
Please contact us first with the transaction reference and a clear description of the issue so we can try to resolve it in good faith. Nothing prevents either party from seeking urgent relief or using a complaint route made available by applicable law.
The Arabic and English versions are intended to communicate the same terms. If they differ, the Arabic version prevails to the extent permitted by applicable law and subject to any separate signed agreement.
